A small team reads this inbox, so plain messages get the fastest answers. Good reasons to write: a price we show is wrong, a deal we missed, a product in the wrong category, a brand or retailer question about how your items appear here, a request to remove or export your data, or a kit you think we got wrong.

Retailers and brands

If you sell hiking or backpacking gear and want to talk about an affiliate relationship, a data feed, or how your products are shown, use the form and say who you are; we answer those first. Our affiliate disclosure explains how links work.

Not for

Orders, returns and shipping questions go to the retailer you bought from; we never see those transactions.
